What do you need?
Navigating Your Healing Journey
I’ve spent 15 years as a life coach, partnering with more than 200 clients—some for a season, others for five to ten years.
Alongside my coaching work, I earned an M.A. in Clinical Psychology, completed a four-year supervised clinical internship in diverse outpatient clinics, and received private supervision in psychotherapy and hypnosis with high-functioning adults who live with complex trauma. This clinical training informs my coaching; I do not act as a clinical psychologist.
Over the years I’ve seen a consistent pattern: even when the healing journey is on track, parts of a person can stay stuck. Some clients cycle through different approaches and grow exhausted. Others dive into self-exploration yet slip back into the same interpersonal patterns whenever real-life change is on the line.
That’s why I developed a structured coaching framework for the complex healing journey—one that blends conventional experience with fresh insights from this emerging field.
What I offer is not psychotherapy. Life coaching provides a customised map and navigation system for your personal healing journey. My work assumes you have already completed “good-enough” therapy and have meaningful supports in place.
Complex trauma is, at its core, an injury to the capacity to receive care. My role is to help you reclaim constructive agency, so you feel increasingly in control of your own growth.
We can start with a free introductory call, which you can book directly from my calendar.
